In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing naggd88, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any Account you may hold.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and naggd88. naggd88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To open and maintain a naggd88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. naggd88 strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Any Account opened by a person under 18 will be closed immediately upon discovery, and any funds in that Account will be forfeited or returned to the funding payment method at naggd88's sole discretion.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not hold Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on naggd88. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening duplicate Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from naggd88 or any platform operated under the same brand.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All Wagers must be placed using your own funds, for your own account, and not as an agent for any other person.

naggd88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and following any activity that triggers an internal compliance review. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. naggd88 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time as notified by naggd88 may result in temporary Account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, or permanent Account closure. naggd88 will not be liable for any losses arising from Account suspension pending KYC completion.

All Account transactions on naggd88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). naggd88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player's payment provider.

Deposits: naggd88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and per-transaction limits are displayed in the naggd88 cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to a Player's Account Balance within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours. naggd88 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. naggd88 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 4 hours of approval; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment channel. naggd88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal of ৳50,000 or above.

• Withdrawals will only be released to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any Bonus Funds in a Player's Balance that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering conditions are fully met.
• naggd88 may delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details submitted with a withdrawal request. naggd88 is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment information provided by the Player.

naggd88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events, BPL, Eid, and other occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to these general Bonus Policy provisions.

Unless an individual promotion's terms expressly state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all naggd88 Bonus Funds:

• A minimum wagering requirement of 20x the Bonus amount must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the Bonus being credited. Unfulfilled Bonus Funds expire after this period and are removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds contribute to wagering requirements at 100% on casino slots, 20% on live dealer table games, and 10% on sports betting markets.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a Welcome Bonus once per Account lifetime. Attempts to claim the Welcome Bonus through multiple Accounts constitute Bonus abuse and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all related funds.
• naggd88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where operational, regulatory, or integrity reasons require it. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has opted in, any Bonus Funds already credited will be dealt with as set out in the cancellation notice.

naggd88 may use automated systems to detect Bonus abuse, arbitrage, and coordinated wagering patterns that misuse promotional offers. Players found to be exploiting promotions contrary to their spirit and intent, as determined by naggd88 in its reasonable judgment, may have Bonus Funds removed and any associated withdrawals reversed pending further review.

All sports betting markets and casino games on naggd88 are governed by game-specific rules published within the relevant game or market interface. These general provisions apply across all naggd88 products unless a specific rule overrides them.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. naggd88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed Bets except where an obvious pricing error has occurred, as determined by naggd88 in its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game or betting session that results in an interrupted or incomplete round, naggd88 will void all affected Wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts unless the game provider's rules specify a different resolution procedure.
• naggd88 sports betting odds are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a Wager is confirmed are the odds that apply to that Wager. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed Bets.
• For cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers T20 internationals, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup events — settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or declared a no-result, specific settlement rules as published in the cricket betting rules section will apply.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by naggd88's game provider partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. naggd88 does not influence game outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games represent long-run statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on naggd88. A Player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all Balance forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false personal information at registration or during KYC, including falsified identity documents, false date of birth, or fictitious addresses.
• Money laundering — using naggd88 to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. naggd88 co-operates fully with law enforcement requests relating to suspected financial crime.
• Collusion and match-fixing — placing Wagers in conjunction with other Players or parties with access to non-public information about event outcomes, or coordinating Wagers to exploit market inefficiencies in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering systems, or any automated tool to interact with naggd88 in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Multiple Account operation — operating more than one naggd88 Account, whether directly or through proxies, family members, or third parties, for the purpose of circumventing Account limits or claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Unauthorised access — attempting to access another Player's Account, reverse-engineer the Platform, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the naggd88 system.
• Under-age access — accessing or attempting to access naggd88 as a person under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

naggd88 reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct — including money laundering, fraud, and match-fixing — to relevant authorities. naggd88 is not obligated to inform a Player that a report has been made where doing so would compromise an investigation.

naggd88 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time where naggd88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached these Terms & Conditions in any material respect.
• The Player's Account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the time requested by naggd88.
• Keeping the Account open would expose naggd88 to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under naggd88's Responsible Gaming programme.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting naggd88 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, naggd88 will process any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) to the Player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may use the self-exclusion tool available in the naggd88 Account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of 6 months and are irrevocable for the chosen period. During self-exclusion, all login attempts are blocked and no promotional communications will be sent. Effect of Closure for Breach: Where naggd88 closes an Account due to a Player's material breach of these Terms, naggd88 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law, as a remedy for losses caused by the breach. naggd88 will not withhold funds beyond what is reasonably proportionate to the harm caused.
